Got some great furniture at a great price. Our furniture was on back order and had to wait 3 months. Worth the wait.
Salesman was very helpful and not at all pushy. We found exactly what we were looking for in under 30 minutes. Delivery was great three days later, on time and professional. They brought the pieces in, unwrapped then and placed then where I wanted. The they walked me through an inspection of each piece. I'll return if I need furniture. Very happy with all aspects of the business.
This is a great store! I was a little bit surprised at the selection as it is tucked away deep in the sleepy village of Corrales, but definitely worth the look. So much furniture! And beautifully displayed. The prices and the staff were also topnotch! Victor was very friendly and helpful without being pushy, and Ruis the manager was also great. We will definitely shop here again when we need more furniture.
My wife just had a knee replacement and wanted to replace our existing Flexsteel sofa and loveseat (which we really liked) with ones that had power recliners so she could elevate her leg. They did not have what we were looking for in the store, and we were concerned since she is short and has back & shoulder issues as well--so the way the back of the seat hits her neck and head is critical. We were shown another Flexsteel set and assured that the style we wanted would fit her. Well, it arrived yesterday and by the time she tried using it for one evening watching TV she was in pain as it just was totally different than what she had tried at the store. We contacted the store and asked if they would work something out (we were willing to take a substantial hit recognizing that it was a factory order), but they were not even willing to consider a return and restocking at any price. That just didn't seem right. But guess this will make some charity very happy to get $5000 worth of new furniture.
