Approx 1 year ago they put a completely new roof on our home. It leaked the first time it rained and they patched it. It leaked the second time it rained and they patched it. It has been leaking in different spots ever since and they kept patching it where it leaks until the warranty was over. Now we were told that the pitch of the roof is bad and that the whole roof needs to be redone and pitched differently. So we paid them almost $3000 two months ago and spent a month and a half trying to contact them to get the work done that we paid for with little to no communication and them having only come out the one day to tear up one of the roof tops. That roof for 2 months now has only been protected with a tarp and pieces of the roof have been blowing off in the wind. about 3 weeks ago we were told a few other customers were not paying their bills and they had been supposedly broken into and their equipment stolen and an employee had embezzled from them etcetcetc and given a letter that said we could get a full refund. they have since been continuing to dodge calls and texts trying to get the situation rectified. Original roof craftsmanship was shoddy and half assed, repairs were shoddy and half assed, and communication is lacking severely. Also the only other review on here is done by an employee or ex employee trying to make them look better then they really are. Having another few roofing companies come out to assess the damage caused by their poor workmanship and do real repairs.
