Repeatedly get others mail. PO hours are terribly inconvenient to anyone with a conventional job. The staff are rude and difficult to speak with most days.
As i was trying to find a post office to get a passport I called this number and not only was the employe on the phone kind and patient but instead of just hanging up after saying they did not do passports he explained where I could go and even answered a few questions I had.I recommend this post office 100%.
Disorganized and unreliable. Horrible customer service. The carrier arbitrarily listed my residence as "vacant" and the office has yet to remedy the situation. Whenever a complaint is voiced, the employees avoid accountability and pass the blame on whomever isn't currently available. Extremely disappointing.
Mail carrier...worst I've experienced in 60yrs. I don't get my mail, I get other people's mail w//sensitive, bank acct., retirement information. I can't imagine where my mail has been sent. I have not even been getting MY BILLS! This is more than a little bit bad.
Suggest you also read other's reviews, but my experience at this Post Office recently has been very good. Not so in the past under other Post Masters. I just called the office to find out why our PO Box has been locked. Turns out that when you file a change of address they close the PO Box. Okay, makes sense. Joe, who answered the phone promptly without having to navigate any auto-attendant message prompts, explained this and that all mail was being forwarded. He also confirmed that there is no mail left in the box itself which satisfies my concern. Our mail carrier has always been great, bringing over-sized packages to our front door, handing me our mail if I am outside when she pulls up, waving if we pass on the street. I also appreciate that the Post Office itself is open 24 x 7 with access to the PO Boxes. Not sure if this is standard, but it is a bit surprising in these days.
