Consistently good food. Consistently good service (looking at you Logan). Very nice place for a weekend brunch. The green chile meatloaf is fantastic.
We love Taco Tuesday! Chicken, beef, and carne tacos are all great! And the great service is always welcome. A great addition to Corrales.
We are lifelong New Mexicans. We know what new Mexican food and Chile is supposed to taste like. This place is really off. We were not pleased with either Chile, the red or green. Even the pinto beans were not very good. New Mexican food does not have a strong cumin and oregano flavor in it's Chile or beans. My son really enjoyed his tortilla Burger. The chile relleno was good. The tacos were wonderful. We will be going back for their Tuesday taco nights. That will be all we go back for.
Wonderfully flavorful dishes! We ordered the breakfast burritos with chorizo and bacon topped with green chili sauce. We asked to substitute the flour tortilla for a side of corn to accommodate our diet needs. I fully expected to receive the filling with corn tortillas on the side or have it served as breakfast tacos. The dish was plated using two corn tortillas overlapped to form a large and beautiful breakfast burrito, that was not only delicious in taste, but also showed the care put into plating it as well. I wish more people would be as creative and accommodating to diet preferences! Thank you very much for the impressive meal and delightful service.
As a resident of Corrales, it's always exciting to see a new business really take hold and grow, and Las Ristras has certainly done that. I have watched them evolve from your basic (but GOOD) "New Mexican Restaurant" to become a true FINE DINING option, with great prime rib, steaks, and an amazing variety of specials on the menu. Yes, of course, you can get great Green Chile Chicken Enchiladas and other New Mexico favorites, but if you want to do something special for dinner, give them a try.
